Burn calories in a fun, high-flying, instructor led round of Air-obics!

Trampoline techniques include Bouncing, Jump Squats, Tuck Jumps, V Jumps, and Power Knees.  We'll spice it up by adding floor exercises to include Push-Ups, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, and so much more!

You may participate in trampoline socks only and can be purchased for $3.00 and reused each time!
